Ordering
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Please email us at hello@purifyco.com.au if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
Q: What is your returns policy?
Please email us at hello@purifyco.com.au if you wish to return a product. We will happily replace or refund any product that is faulty or damaged.
Q: Can I order by phone, chat or email??
We offer online ordering through our website. If you have any further questions please email us at hello@purifyco.com.au.
Q: Can I find your product in retail stores
We currently offer our products only through our website and will be expanding our offering to retail stores soon. If you would like to keep up to date with what we are doing, please join our mailing list.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) and PayPal on our website.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on purifyco.com.au?
Our payment system is Stripe, a secure and accredited payment gateway for processing credit card payments. You can read about their security here.
Q: How can I track the status of my order?
We will email you an order confirmation once your order has been processed. We ship your order with Australia Post. You will receive tracking details for your order with updates on where it is, until it arrives safely to you.
Shipping and returns
Q: How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per order but free for orders greater than $100
- Express Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order
Q: How will my order be shipped?
Like all hand sanitisers, Purify Co Natural Hand Sanitisers contain pharmaceutical grade alcohol so they are effective. That means our products must be shipped by road via Australia Post.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we only ship to Australian addresses. Stay tuned, as we grow we will be expanding our offering.
Q: Can you ship as a gift?
We sure can! Please enter the recipient’s details as the Shipping Address, not the Billing Address. We will ensure that payment details are sent to your chosen email. If you select gift shipping we will not include payment details with the package.
